Bill is a multi-talented retired music educator consistently rewarded for success in planning and operational improvements. He has experience in policy development and staff management procedures positively impacting overall morale and productivity. He’s a creative Arts Instructor adept at teaching Music with extensive knowledge of methods and classroom management.
Bill serves as Executive Director of New Jersey Music Educators Association, 2020-present, and is responsible for all financial aspects and policy of the organization of more than 2000 members. He’s also the editor of all organization publications, including the quarterly Tempo magazine. He has organized annual professional development conferences and student honor ensembles (All-State) serving over 3000 members and students. Bill received a Bachelor of Music Education from Glassboro State College and a Master of Arts in Subject Matter: Teaching from Rowan University.
